Content within the product—including examples, checklists, translations, or autogenerated language—should not be interpreted as legal, tax, or customs advice. Engage qualified professionals if you need guidance on specific regulatory requirements.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data, images, and declarations you enter into GPSRPass. We do not independently verify submissions. Any customs rejections, fines, recalls, or losses arising from inaccurate inputs remain your responsibility.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Regulations vary by market, language, and product category. You must confirm that the final documents meet the most recent requirements of the destination authority and retain all supporting technical files, test reports, and certificates.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and other infrastructure providers. These services may experience outages, delays, or policy changes outside our control, and we cannot guarantee their availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPSRPass and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Customs seizures, market withdrawals, or fines
• Business losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete generated documents
• Interruptions related to third-party integrations, network issues, or data loss

Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPSRPass and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of this disclaimer, or infringement of third-party rights.
